I had a late dinner here and i feel so happy with their service, especially Jackson, he is so nice. He gave my kids some toys and they love it so much. Highly recommends this place for dinner.

This is by far one of the best dining experiences I've had! The decorations are colorful, creative, and perfect for taking photos. The birthday setup was absolutely beautiful, and the surprise from the staff made the celebration unforgettable. Jackson provided exceptional service from beginning to end. He was warm, patient, attentive, and always had a smile on his face. He anticipated our needs before we even asked and made us feel genuinely cared for. It's employees like Jackson that make Haidilao stand out from other restaurants. Thank you for making our birthday celebration so memorable. We can't wait to come back! 🎉🎂🥳

After hearing great things about their robot food delivery and reading excellent reviews, we had to check this place out. We ordered the two-person combo, choosing the mushroom and pork bone broths. Initially, both bases were a bit bland. We discovered you need to pay $3.99 per person to access the seasoning and broth add-on bar. While I am used to hotpot spots including unlimited sides or seasonings, paying for the bar was worth it because it made the soup much more flavorful. The waitress also kindly brought us some house chili sauce, though it lacked heat.What really sets this place apart is the incredible hospitality. The service is absolutely unmatched; everyone works so hard to ensure your needs are met. They also provide unique, thoughtful extras like aprons, wet wipes, mouthwash, and tableside entertainment which included a guy spinning pasta in the air before giving it to the guest. They even sent us off with a lovely gift! We thoroughly enjoyed our experience and will definitely be back.

We came here for an after work gathering, and everyone had a great time! The last time I visited this restaurant was probably back in 2023, so it was nice be back. We had a reservation and were seated quickly upon arrival. We chose four different broth bases, and all of them were flavorful. We ordered plenty of food along with a few pitchers of beer. They offered a wide selection of meats and hot pot ingredients, so there was something for everyone in our group. We also got to enjoy the face changing mask performance and the noodle dance! Highly recommended!

What an experience.. so good we came back <24hrs later. All the focus this biz puts into customer experience in literally everything they do… 11/10 yes! Ask for Ming as your server and she will take care of your every need! So attentive and genuinely helpful.. kind, with a beautiful smile! Ming you are awesome! Thank u Haidilao!!
